Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor budget adherence and financial performance metrics
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for property upkeep
- Handle guest complaints and ensure resolution to brand standards
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotional initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven leadership skills with 50+ staff management
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid California Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
