Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage between vehicles and rooms
- Provide exceptional concierge services and local recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance areas
- Assist with valet parking and special event logistics
- Collaborate with front desk staff for seamless guest check-in/check-out
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Uphold strict safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Mesa attractions and transportation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
