Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage and personal items to/from rooms using wheeled carts
- Provide personalized concierge services including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations
- Maintain pristine appearance of luggage storage areas and porte-cochère
- Assist with valet parking during peak hours and special events
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams for seamless guest transitions
- Execute emergency procedures for lost luggage or guest concerns
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks on carts and luggage systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Professional appearance and polished communication style
- Knowledge of Phoenix attractions and transportation networks
