Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms and vehicles
- Provide valet parking services for guests
- Assist with room deliveries (amenities, packages)
- Maintain lobby and entrance area cleanliness
- Offer local recommendations and transportation assistance
- Collaborate with front desk for guest requests
- Operate luggage carts and hotel equipment safely
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Arlington area
- Reliable transportation to work
