Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and suites through systematic cleaning protocols
- Execute deep cleaning tasks including upholstery care, window washing, and floor polishing
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen to ensure operational efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and chemical handling procedures
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally during room service
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to optimize room turnover schedules
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies
- Valid work authorization and clean background check
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early shifts
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
