Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance issues and room deficiencies promptly
- Adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols
- Provide turndown service and special guest requests
- Train new team members on cleaning standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping supervisors for room assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
