Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and public areas to 5-star standards
- Refresh linens, amenities, and toiletries while maintaining inventory control
- Operate professional-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and CDC sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute turndown service and VIP room preparations as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping/hospitality experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English proficiency; bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
