Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas to 5-star standards
- Execute deep cleaning protocols including mattress turning and upholstery care
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies and amenities
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols (OSHA/EPA compliance)
- Coordinate with maintenance team for room readiness
- Submit detailed cleaning reports via our digital system
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Valid NC driver's license (for property transport)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products
- Ability to work weekends/holidays (peak season)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Fluent English communication skills
