Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas to 5-star standards
- Execute deep cleaning protocols for bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spacesManage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety guidelines
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Coordinate with room service and front desk for guest requests
- Train junior staff on cleaning procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience
- Valid California driver's license and clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices
