Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed hygiene standards
- Operate commercial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adapt cleaning protocols to accommodate special guest requests and preferences
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and room status updates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding guest information and property operations
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – training provided
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic English communication skills (bilingual Spanish a plus)
