Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and linens to maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the floor manager promptly to ensure quick resolution.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal.
- Ensure privacy and security of guest areas at all times.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned cleaning duties within the shift timeframe.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not strictly required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
