Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and efficient service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profit margins.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Culinary or Hospitality degree preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting.
