Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies through 2026+
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders, investors, and industry partners
- Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
