Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Analyze disruptive technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, neural interfaces) and market convergence points
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners and internal stakeholders
- Author quarterly trend reports with predictive modeling and risk assessment matrices
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing thought leadership through keynotes and whitepapers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leader in futurism publications (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future strategy implementations
