Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework integrating AI-driven scenario modeling
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Champion cross-functional innovation labs prototyping next-gen solutions
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers published in industry journals
- Mentor junior futurists and establish global foresight best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech impacts (2020-2023)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed business transformations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotech
