Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop quantitative and qualitative scenario models for client strategic planning
- Deliver executive-level presentations on future risk/opportunity landscapes
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops with cross-industry stakeholders
- Publish thought leadership reports on emerging megatrends
- Maintain proprietary trend database using proprietary AI-driven analytics platform
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning frameworks for enterprise clients
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in statistical modeling tools
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience publishing in foresight journals or industry publications
