Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts affecting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop predictive models using machine learning to simulate future scenarios across 15+ industries
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to design 3-year strategic roadmaps incorporating foresight insights
- Present findings to global stakeholders through immersive data visualizations and executive workshops
- Build and mentor a cross-disciplinary team of futurists and data scientists
- Publish thought leadership in partnership with MIT Technology Review and similar platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in predictive modeling tools (Python, R, TensorFlow) and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise strategy (portfolio required)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published work in futurist journals or major industry publications
