Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic foresight initiatives identifying emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and disruptive business models through 2030
- Develop and present scenario-based strategic roadmaps for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through advanced analytical frameworks and predictive modeling
- Integrate foresight into product development cycles and corporate strategy processes
- Produce high-impact white papers and thought leadership on future trends for industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous strategic transformations
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented strategies
