Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-political shifts, and market trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive trend analyses
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
