Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight programs mapping technological, economic, and societal shifts through 2030

- Design adaptive roadmaps for clients to future-proof business models and operational frameworks
- Author high-impact trend briefings and scenario reports for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and innovation processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience presenting to executive audiences across diverse industries
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
