Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology and market trend forecasts using quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership, preparing organizations for disruptive innovations
- Produce strategic white papers and trend briefs that inform product development and investment decisions
- Build and manage a global network of industry experts, academic researchers, and technology pioneers
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive storytelling
- Design early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in the 2026 horizon
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi methods, systems modeling)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful innovation implementations
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and climate tech
