Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment decisions, and long-term corporate resilience. Work alongside Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and UN futurists in our state-of-the-art Austin campus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Report analyzing geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic megatrends
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global futurist conferences
- Build and manage a global network of trend analysts and domain experts
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using proprietary predictive modeling tools
- Mentor junior futurists and develop next-generation foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent 10+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major industry publications
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotechnology governance, or climate adaptation strategies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Experience advising C-level executives on 5-10 year strategic planning
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major organizational transformations based on foresight
- Fluency in at least one strategic foresight methodology (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
