Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning sessions to prepare for future industry shifts
- Produce actionable trend reports on AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-proofing into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design predictive models for workforce transformation and skill evolution
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technology or societal transformation
- Proficiency with futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategy
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future concepts into executable plans
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
