Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and global megatrends to inform 5-year strategic planning
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026 market disruptions
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive trend intelligence database with AI-driven predictive analytics
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive narratives
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio focused on 2026 commercialization milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech, healthcare, or sustainability sectors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
