Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Develop proprietary future-state frameworks for C-suite executives in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Present strategic insights at global forums including Davos and World Economic Summit
- Mentor a team of 5+ futurists and innovation specialists
- Drive cross-industry collaborations with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
- Publish quarterly trend reports in partnership with Harvard Business Review
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles at Fortune 500 firms
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-suite executives
