Responsibilities

- Develop and publish future scenario reports and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into product development
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging technologies and disruption
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or similar role
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend reports
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech trajectories
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
