Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (technological, economic, social, environmental) to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks for early detection of disruptive innovations
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario plans for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state priorities
- Quantify market readiness and risk exposure for emerging technologies
- Design adaptive strategy roadmaps with measurable 2026 milestones
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience presenting complex futures to C-suite audiences
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and sustainability megatrends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) required
