- Develop predictive models and strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future foresight into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and roadmaps for organizational alignment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate policy, and digital transformation
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Track record of publishing thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
