- Build and maintain a comprehensive horizon scanning ecosystem using AI-driven analytics
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and strategic recommendations with measurable impact metrics

- Represent the organization at industry foresight forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies (preferred)
