Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI ethics, climate tech, and socio-economic shifts
- Develop multi-year strategic scenarios for Fortune 500 clients using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Produce high-impact visualizations and reports synthesizing complex future data
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market disruptions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members across sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
