Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption patterns and societal shifts through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emergent opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for global supply chain resilience and climate adaptation
- Author thought leadership publications on human-AI symbiosis and ethical governance frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Monitor geopolitical and technological inflection points through proprietary intelligence systems
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI trajectories)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry white papers
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Strong background in behavioral economics and human-computer interaction principles
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-strategy implementations
