Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate foresight insights into product development lifecycles
- Deliver compelling executive briefings and thought leadership content at industry conferences and internal forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Quantify future opportunities through market modeling and risk assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight frameworks in Fortune 500 settings
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into coherent narratives
- Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in foresight, strategy, or technology publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning software)
