Responsibilities

- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' impact on long-term business objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
