Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps aligning with 2026+ technological and societal megatrends

- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and climate-related disruptions
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Author thought leadership publications positioning InnovateForward as the future's voice
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide culture of anticipatory intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of predicting and monetizing emerging trends (3+ case studies required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presence and boardroom gravitas
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
