Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for 2026 and beyond
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop predictive models using AI/ML frameworks for scenario planning
- Present future-vision briefings to investors, partners, and industry consortiums
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team of specialists
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technologies
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
