This role requires synthesizing emerging trends, technological disruptions, and human behavior patterns into strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients.
What you'll achieve: Lead scenario-planning initiatives, design innovation accelerators, and present future-state blueprints to C-suite executives. You'll collaborate with quantum computing specialists, neurotech researchers, and climate scientists to build comprehensive foresight ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Create executive-ready scenario planning models for disruptive technologies (AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations
- Maintain proprietary foresight database using proprietary AI tools
- Present at industry conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published research on technological or societal disruption (2020-2025)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Palantir)
- Portfolio of 3+ major foresight projects with measurable impact
