Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions in emerging tech domains
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks for future intelligence
- Architect organizational resilience strategies for geopolitical and technological volatility
- Mentor junior futurists while building advanced analytical capabilities in predictive modeling
- Publish thought leadership in industry publications on future-of-work and technology ethics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation and market leadership
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
