Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Present compelling vision narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings and thought leadership publications
- Establish cross-functional partnerships with R&D, marketing, and product teams to integrate foresight into development cycles
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic signals affecting industry evolution through 2026
- Curate and maintain proprietary trend intelligence databases and predictive analytics tools
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling software
- Demonstrated experience publishing thought leadership in industry journals or major publications
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
