Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech) to map 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients facing exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports published in MIT Technology Review and similar forums
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify breakthrough startups for acquisition
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment in regulated sectors
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning methodology
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 10+ years in strategic foresight at top-tier consulting firms or R&D labs
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or equivalent industry authority
- Proficiency in systems modeling tools (STELLA, AnyLogic) and AI trend analysis
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies on technological disruption
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
- Certification in Foresight Practitioner (AFP) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
