Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable strategic initiatives
- Author high-impact trend reports published in industry-leading journals and conferences
- Advolve emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech) into client roadmaps
- Build predictive models using proprietary data analytics and machine learning platforms
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through keynote speaking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., Davos, TED)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
