- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, marketing, and product teams
- Quantify market readiness and competitive advantages for emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Strong portfolio forecasting tech/societal shifts (e.g., AGI, climate adaptation)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
