Responsibilities
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with personalized recommendations for Baltimore's finest dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions
- Coordinate exclusive experiences including private tours, event bookings, and transportation arrangements
- Manage VIP guest preferences and build detailed profiles for repeat visitors
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Baltimore's seasonal events, landmarks, and hidden gems
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure
- Resolve guest inquiries with discretion and professionalism, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint
- Train junior concierge staff on service standards and local expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years luxury hotel concierge or guest relations experience
- Deep familiarity with Baltimore attractions, dining scene, and event calendar
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations with composure
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and reservation systems
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean driving record
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Certification from The Les Clefs d'Or organization highly desirable
