You'll oversee guest experiences, manage a 40-person team, drive revenue strategies, and ensure flawless service delivery. Responsibilities
- Direct all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge services
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR
- Train and mentor department heads while fostering a positive team culture
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve escalated service issues
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and KPIs
- Coordinate with sales team for group bookings and corporate partnerships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience with 2+ years at senior level
- Proven track record in revenue management and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
