Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 front desk assistance including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Monitor hotel premises and ensure guest safety through regular patrols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Assist with luggage storage and valet services as needed
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents and guest interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred for valet duties
- Must pass background check and drug screening
