Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk and common areas
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and reservation management
- Perform daily room inspections and coordinate with housekeeping teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Operate hotel systems including POS and reservation software
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public spaces
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
