Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed luxury standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen with precision
- Coordinate with maintenance team for room readiness and issue resolution
- Train and mentor junior housekeeping staff on service protocols
- Execute deep cleaning projects during guest turnover periods
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and quality assurance documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and eco-friendly sustainability practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality
- Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of advanced cleaning techniques and equipment
- Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Certification in hotel sanitation preferred
