Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for critical engineering and product roles across various time zones.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates using advanced search techniques.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create effective recruitment plans.
- Conduct compelling candidate interviews and manage the end-to-end candidate experience to ensure a seamless process.
- Navigate complex organizational structures and negotiate offers to secure top talent in a competitive market.
- Utilize data to track key metrics, optimize sourcing channels, and improve time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the technology or internet sector.
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill roles and managing a high volume of requisitions.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles and technical roles (e.g., Backend, Frontend, AI/ML, Data).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
