Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide menus, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answering questions regarding menu items and daily specials.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Process payments efficiently using state-of-the-art POS systems.
- Upsell products and beverages to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit and valid government-issued ID.
- Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
