Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, checking them in efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Process payments, issue key cards, and answer questions regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
  • Handle incoming calls, manage reservations, and assist with special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area to uphold our high aesthetic standards.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet quality standards.
  • Assist with concierge services, including recommending local restaurants and arranging transportation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Maestro) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
