Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping and front desk operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, breaks, and workflow to maximize efficiency during shifts.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain hotel quality.
- Oversee cash handling and security procedures at the front desk.
- Train new employees on company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or hotel management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
